1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, although as orders are nearly always produced to order we cannot guarantee a turnaround time.

Because many of our graphics and signage products are manufactured or finished to order, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasonal periods or for complex bespoke requests. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We ship across the United Kingdom. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your items.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 2 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Estimated delivery dates are provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK islands may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.

3. Local Pickup

If you prefer, you can skip the shipping fees by choosing local pickup at our premises.

  • Process: After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared. We will send you an email when your order is ready for collection along with instructions on pickup times. Please bring your order confirmation email with you.

4. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected destinations outside the United Kingdom. Shipping rates, delivery timelines, and carrier options will be calculated and presented at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

If you order products from our Site for delivery outside the UK, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied once the package reaches your destination country.

  • All additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. * Compliant Graphics has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

5. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window stated in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number so we can look into it for you.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses due to courier restrictions for graphics and oversized packages.

  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

We take great care in packaging our graphics to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, or if it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately:

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and provide photos of the damage if possible, so we can file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund for you.
